I belief Wikipedia is terribly wrong on this one. How can Jollof Rice originate from Ghana – of all places.
With jollof rice as the most popular, I ate jollof beans in a friends house about two weeks ago, then I tried preparing jollof spaghetti over the weekend, hmm, but I was thinking if this is possible: jollof pounded yam?
anyone with ideas, please share.
